Care guide

Wipe After Every Session:
- Use a cloth to wipe down the barbell after each workout to remove sweat and moisture.
- Prevents rust buildup, especially in cold environments.
Monthly Maintenance:
- Periodically wipe the barbell with a silicone-based lubricant to maintain the coating.
- For Olympic Barbells, drop oil in the sleeves for optimal spin and performance.
Chalk Removal:
- After using chalk, promptly clean the barbell to prevent moisture retention, using a stiff nylon brush or toothbrush.

The House bar was designed in 2017 in collaboration with famed weightlifting coach Glenn Pendlay. It quickly became a favourite among weightlifters around the world.
The 28mm shaft has a rust resistant coating as well as a medium sharp knurl which allows for daily training without any grip or hand issues. The center knurl is softer than the rest of the knurl which still allows for added ‘stick’ in the front rack position but without any unnecessary abrasion of the neck.

The sleeves are chrome and we use 10 needle bearings for the smoothest of lifts. All specs are in line with the IWF regulations for the sport of Weightlifting.

Solid training bar

Been using this bar now for about a couple of months and so far so good! Spins very smooth and knurling is not too sharp. My hands aren’t being shredded if I have multiple snatches in my set. A really good everyday training bar. The customer service I received was outstanding. I had ordered this bar on Black Friday and had to reach out to cust service cause I hadn’t received the bar after over a week. Carrier received package and just never moved from there. Was corresponding with Emma and she was great. Sent me a new replacement after about a week of some research on their end, no extra charge. Packaging arrived to me a bit busted open but barbell wasn’t damaged. Overall very satisfied with the service and product even though it was a bit delayed.

Would've been gutted if I paid full price but the black friday price was good for the product. Overall good knurling, good looking and does what it says on the tin.

I’m so pleased. I’ve been stuck using rusty stiff barbells and the spin on these is a pleasant change. The knurling is comfortable and not too sharp which is something I really appreciate.
