Shipping information
Shipping is based on the weight of your order and the service you select.
We offer postal, DHL and DPD, depending on what is available to your country.
Cyprus and Malta are the exceptions and ship from the UK, with Royal Mail.
Where will my order ship from?
All products ship from within the EU, with the one exception of The Backroom Jacket. Our main warehouse is in the Netherlands, with a few items shipping from Germany.

If your order contains a mix of items it might be split and shipped from two locations. You will not be charged more for this or any import fees.
How long will my order take to arrive?
This varies depending on the country of delivery and the shipping method selected at checkoutdo y.
See the following for estimated delivery times:
DHL: Expect 2-5 working days once shipped. Bulgaria and Greece takes slightly longer.
DPD: Expect 2-6 working days once shipped. Bulgaria and Greece takes slightly longer.
Postal: Varies more, with countries like Belgium and the Netherlands expecting 3-4 working days whilst many other countries can expect 7-12 working days.
Please note, orders to non-mainland Spain can take significantly longer, especially using the 'postal' option. Expect up to 24 working days.
If you would like a more specific estimation for your delivery method and country, please contact us and we can check recent orders for more accuracy.
Will I receive multiple packages?
Sometimes we split the order, depending on stock locations and availability. If you have any concerns about receiving multiple packages please reach out to us before ordering.
Will I be charged any fees at customs?
Only items shipping from the UK are subject to customs fees, if their value totals over €150. This is very few orders. We pay these costs if they apply. You will not be charged.

How do I change the delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible, this gives us the best chance to fix it. Our orders often dispatch very quickly, so this is not always possible. Please double check your order details before purchasing.
I don't have any tracking for one or more of my items, where are they?
They should still be on the way! Sometimes tracking emails get lost in spam. Please check your spam before contacting us. You can also login to your account on our website to check for order tracking. If you still can't find your tracking, don't worry! Reach out and we'll find it.
My tracking has stopped updating, is returning to sender, or requires action - what should I do?
Send any information you have to us at support@weightliftinghouse.com and we'll ensure the situation is resolved and you receive your order as soon as possible!
