Nasar Soft Knee Sleeves Size Chart

To get your knee sleeve size, you need the following 3 measurements:

1) Whilst sitting with bent legs, measure the circumference of your leg 5cm up from the top of your knee cap (the lower part of your thigh). This will give you the most accurate size for your knee sleeves.

2) Now, still sitting but with a straight leg:

a) measure around the middle part of your knee and also,
b) measure around the largest part of your calf.

i) If your calves are more than 2cm larger than your knee joint, go up a size.

Your knee measurement may fit within more than one size, consider how tight you want your sleeves to be. The main restriction for sizing is calf size, so once you find your size from part 1, pay close attention to part 2 to see if you should size up.

If you already have our 7mm Heavy Duty sleeves, note that these are a softer version, so you can keep your same size or you could size down one, depending on the current fit of your Heavy Duty sleeves.
